How to share a fund's portfolio, dashboard, and capital account with investors

The Information Sharing page allows investment firms to provide investors with access to view the portfolio, dashboard, and capital account up to a certain date.  To learn more about how this information is displayed to investors, read here.  


Navigate to the Information Sharing page under the Investors drop-down menu. 

Select the fund you are you would like to permission sharing access for.

Select which investors you would like to share information with by checking the box next to their name and clicking the blue set access button. If you would like all partners to have the same access, you can select all with the box in the top left corner of the ledger.

Select the appropriate toggle to share access. Please note you cannot share dashboard information without sharing portfolio information. To learn more about how this information is displayed to investors, read here.  

After selecting what access to provide, you will be able to review your preferences as well as indicate whether investors should receive an email notifying them of the change.

You can specify what date the shared up to.  This date can be edited in the top right corner of the page. 

You can view what access is available to each investor at any time by navigating back to the information sharing page.
