Setting up Resolution Templates
Creating a template
Templates are used to store regularly used text for resolutions.
1. To add a template go to board > resolutions > manage templates and click “create template”
Templates provide powerful editor functionality that allows you to create and customize resolution templates.
Templates also allow you to add placeholders such as option grants draft summary, 409A report summary or any type of files.
When you add a block in template, a placeholder gets added to the editor and when the template is used, the placeholder will be populated with data.
By default, you get 6 standard templates that can be used for:
- Option grants approvals
- 409A valuation approvals
- Meeting minutes templates
- Meeting minutes approval
- Unanimous written consent template
- Omnibus resolution
These templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory purpose, title or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
