How will Carta upgrade my client to a paid subscription if they surpass the "free" threshold?

After the company goes over 10 stakeholders or more than $250K of investor securities, Carta will notify the company and give them a grace period of at least 30 days so they have the opportunity to move to a paid plan without losing access to their account.  Given Carta's 409A valuations services and other features, we're finding a lot of companies do want to move to Carta's paid plan early on (i.e. Starter Plan). Legal administrators on the company account will be able to update the account and the company's cap table during this time. After the grace period, If the company chooses not to opt into Starter at that point, then following the grace period, the account will lock.
