Hi,

I wanted to give you a heads up that we are launching a tender offer through Carta.  In short, you will be able to sell your holdings at a fixed price but only during an allotted time frame detailed out within Carta.

Very shortly, you will get an email from Carta notifying you of this tender offer.  For information on how to participate in the tender, refer to tender participation instructions.

The email you receive will look something like this:

After providing the necessary information and submitting your order to sell, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Please note that the W-9 that you uploaded must be completely filled out and signed. A valid ID (ie - Driver's License or passport) is also required, otherwise your order may not be accepted after you submit it.  The tender offer will close on the displayed 'last order date' and orders will not be accepted for any reason after the date and time listed in the offer to purchase document. Your net proceeds will be sent to your connected bank account on or around the settlement date, provided you have submitted all documents and information correctly.
