Anonymized investor aliases (CAS)

Some Capital Account Statements (CAS) documents relate to multiple Limited Partners. Their figures tend to be anonymized, using alias codes such as ‘LP 10’ or similar. Because these are generic and depend on GPs, they can not be treated as synonyms.

The ALIAS column in your reference data section lets you map anonymized codes to a commitment and thereby the correct LP.

You can also update the field manually in the details panel, or you can add the relevant codes/aliases via regular ref data CSV upload – just add the code to the column 'alias'.
