How to upload draft information in bulk
Eliminate double-entry by uploading your drafts information to Carta's in-app spreadsheet, allowing you to issue securities in bulk in just a few clicks.
After navigating to the relevant draft set, select Import → Import to this draft set.
Click to download Carta’s importer spreadsheet to your local drive.
Open the downloaded template and fill in the required information.
Save the completed spreadsheet and drag and drop or click to upload a copy from your computer. Click Next: Upload spreadsheet.
Your draft information will populate in-app, enabling you to easily review and issue multiple securities through Carta's streamlined process.
