How to cancel interests in Carta LLC
Upon canceling an interest, 100% of the issued quantity will be Canceled. The interest will have 0 units Outstanding and Forfeited. Once a cancellation is reflected, the history of the transaction can be reviewed as well.
A user with Full access will be able to cancel interests individually or in bulk, and view corresponding details by following the steps below.
