How to complete an audit confirmation request
The audit confirmation tool allows auditors to send audit confirmations directly to portfolio companies via the platform. Auditors will be able to make selections, select an "as of" date, schedule confirmations to be sent, and select a due date.
Confirmations are routed to the GP, who reviews and approves the selections. Once the GP approves, issuing companies will receive an email requesting their confirmation of the fund's holdings.
Auditors can set up automatic reminders to the GP and issuing companies to complete their tasks, ensuring that the audit stays on-track.
