How to download ASC 820 valuations
After logging into Carta, navigate to Investments.
Click the portfolio company’s name.
Navigate to the Valuation tab
This tab is on the far right. If you can't see it, check under the More dropdown.
Click the button to the right of a valuation for options.
The available choices are based on the report's status.
Valuations in Draft can be downloaded as a pdf, or you can select Mark as Final to confirm no further changes needed.
Valuations In progress cannot be downloaded, as the analyst is still working on preparing the report.
