How to file BOI reports under the Corporate Transparency Act

As of December 26, 2024, beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements have been halted.

Reporting via Carta remains unavailable as the FinCEN API is still disabled.

Carta will continue to monitor the situation, but in the meantime you may file your BOI directly through FinCEN at https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/.
