How to download and deliver 3921 forms
Section 6039 of the Internal Revenue Code requires companies to provide 3921 forms to the employee by January 31 of the year following the year of exercise of an incentive stock option (ISO). Companies can deliver Copy B in the form of consolidated statements electronically to applicable employees through the Carta platform.
Navigate to Compliance & Tax then Form 3921 to generate your 3921 report.
Once the report is generated, click Deliver participant statements.
