How to log into Carta Loan Operations
Carta Loan Operations uses secure, passwordless login. You can access your account using a one-time email code or through your company's single sign-on (SSO) provider.
How to log in with a one-time password
This is the standard login method for accounts that are not configured with SSO.
- Navigate to loan-operations.app.carta.com.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select Send one-time password.
- Check your inbox for an email from Carta Loan Operations containing an 8-digit code.
- Return to the login screen, enter the code when prompted, and select Submit.
How to log in with single sign-on (SSO)
If your organization uses a corporate identity provider such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace, you sign in through your company's SSO portal instead of using a one-time code.
- Navigate to your organization's SSO entry point for Carta Loan Operations.
- Authenticate using your corporate credentials. You may already be signed in if your session is active.
- You are redirected to Carta Loan Operations. If this is your first login, your account is created automatically.
