How to manage, view, and download 83(b) election forms for PIUs
83(b) elections for PIUs are managed under Essentials → Manage equity → Profits interests.
To view the 83(b) election details for any PIU, locate it in the ledger, click on the security ID, then click into the 83(b) elections tab.
How to filter PIUs based on 83(b) status
To manage, view, and download 83(b)s, navigate to Essentials → Manage equity → Profits interests.
Click Filter to the right of the search field.
Make a selection in the 83(b) filing status dropdown at the bottom of the window and click Filter PIs.
