Track	The Benchmarks are specified not only by job area, but also by Track. Carta provides leveling and benchmarks for the following options: Individual Contributor, Manager, and Executive.
Market position	Customers can select to view benchmarks at 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles.
Peer group	CTC groups companies into Peer groups based off of their current market cap or headcount size. The selected Peer group allows users to compare compensation across a particular valuation that is a direct hiring competitor.
