Integrate your HRIS through the Company settings page.
Turn on Automatic Updates to create new stakeholders in Carta’s ledger based on HRIS data, as well as sync tax ID, job title, cost center, and address information between systems.
Generate a filtered list of grant recipients in the stakeholder ledger, then draft new equity awards through the Bulk actions button, saving yourself the effort of manually entering stakeholder information.
