Enter a Schedule name and the Vesting terms.
Define the first vesting tranche:
Percentage: Enter the percentage of the total grant that should vest in this period (e.g., 25 for a 25% cliff).
Conditions: To define how this tranche vests, click the three dots to the right and select Configure vesting conditions.
In the Configure vesting conditions modal, select the vesting type
Time-based vesting:
Enter the Length of the vesting tranche (e.g., 12 for a 12-month cliff
Select the Frequency. This allows you to more specifically define the length.
Enter when the Vesting occurs - when the vesting actually happens relative to the vesting start date
Or
Milestone-based vesting: enter the milestone name
Select a Performance condition - select an existing performance condition to add a performance requirement to the time or milestone trigger (applicable for hybrid vesting schedules)
Click Save.
The vesting modal will update with the percentage added to the total, as well as the vesting condition selected for the tranche.
Use + or - to add or delete tranches or periods.
Clicking + will automatically apply the previous row’s settings to the next row. Adjust the tranches quantity to vest and vesting conditions as needed.
Click Create vesting schedule to save.
