Company account users with Full access permissions can terminate an equity plan on Carta by navigating to Essentials → Issue equity → click Manage under equity plan.
Click the three dots at the end of the plan’s row, and select Terminate plan.
Enter the plan’s termination date and confirm by clicking Terminate equity plan.
