If your Carta account isn't associated with any portfolios, companies, boards, law firms, fund administrators, or LP relationships, – meaning the account is completely empty– you can delete the account.
Click your name in the upper right corner of your account and select User settings.
From the Login and security tab scroll down to the Sensitive Actions section.
Click Delete account
Type "DELETE" and check the box to confirm your understanding that deletion is irreversible.
