How to modify interest types
Navigate to Cap table → Interests and interest types.
Click the name of the interest type to be modified on the left.
Click View interest type details.
Click Edit to the right of the section to be modified.
The following fields can be modified:
Interest type name
Interest prefix
Acceptance agreements
Estimated value
Custom fields
⚠️Custom fields can be Added, Removed, or the Order can be edited. The fields cannot be edited but if you need to make changes, remove and re-add.
