How do I recognize performance conditions in Carta LLC?
Navigate to Cap Table > Vesting.
Click the row tools button to the right of the performance condition achieved and select Recognize from the dropdown menu.
Enter in the Effective date and Payout percentage, considering the maximum and minimum included upon condition creation.
Click Recognize Condition to save.
Review the recognized performance conditions as needed.
