How do I remind a signatory or holder to sign a security?
Users with Full Access, Company Editor, or View-only permissions can resend the emails notifying company signatories to sign securities and holders to accept securities.
To re-send a signature/acceptance notification:
Navigate to Manage Equity under Essentials in the Navigation bar then select the ledger containing the unsigned/unaccepted securities.
Check the box to the left of each applicable security with an Awaiting officer signature or Awaiting holder signature tag.
After selecting the relevant securities, click Actions and select Resend emails from the dropdown menu.
What does "Signed by [name] (pending)" mean?
This status means the stakeholder has completed their signature step, but the security has not yet been fully accepted. The process is still in progress — other required actions or approvals may still be outstanding before the security is considered complete.
What does the orange hourglass icon indicate?
The orange hourglass next to a status means the step is waiting or in progress. It does not confirm that the security acceptance is finalized. Think of it as "this step has been touched, but the overall workflow is still moving."
How do I know when a security has been fully accepted?
A security is fully accepted only when all required signatures and approvals are complete and the status no longer shows any pending indicators. Look for a completed/confirmed status with no hourglass or orange indicators remaining on any line item in the Approvals Standard tab.
