How do I reflect a repurchase in Carta?
Navigate to Essentials → Manage equity
Go to the tab of the security type
search for the certificate, click the three dots to the right, and select Repurchase shares.
Select a repurchase reason from the dropdown and enter a date for the repurchase (cannot be a future date). Click below for more information.
