How to review fund financials
For audited funds that are part of the Day 1 financials population, auditors have the ability to review financials from end to end on the Carta platform.
In the email, click Review financial package
Download the financial package(s)
Submit comments on the financials
Select Submit comments if updates are needed.
There is a field to include comments, as well as a place to upload documents.
This will send the task to the Carta Fund Admin team to make updates.
Once the updates are completed, the task will be sent back to you for review.
Finalize audit
Select Finalize Audit if the audit is completed and the audited financial statements can be released by the GP.
.Once submitted, the GP will receive a notification that the audit has been finalized and the audited financial statements can be distributed to the limited partners.
