How to run reports in the Financial Reporting tool

There may be other scenarios that are not fully supported by the Financial reporting system. For questions or concerns, reach out to 718@carta.com.

• Awards with milestone vesting: Only RSUs with event-based performance conditions are supported. Any other milestone vesting condition cannot be expensed at this time and will be automatically excluded from reporting

• Modification accounting: No types of modification accounting are supported by the system; modification accounting must occur outside of the Carta system, except for Repricings

• Certain award types: Expense for options, RSAs, and RSUs are supported. No other security types are included in the reporting

• Segmented reporting: At this time, reports cannot be separated by equity plan or domicile
