How to get support with financial reporting
If you have questions or need assistance while setting up or running Financial Reporting in Carta, a variety of support options are available.
You can now access dedicated support directly from your Financial Reporting dashboard. Simply scroll down to the "Need help?" card and click Get financial reporting support to launch the support modal.
