How to send email reminders to users to sign securities
Email reminders are automatically sent at the 5, 10, 20, 30, and 90 day mark if a security remains unsigned or unaccepted.
Emails can be sent from all security ledgers on the company’s cap table. Securities with an orange flag are Awaiting officer signature, while securities with a green flag are Awaiting holder signature.
