Location based pay
Choose how you want to benchmark your employees. By default, benchmarking is based on their home address. Check the box to use their work location instead.
Select how you want to adjust for geographic cost-of-labor differences within the USA.
Determine how you would like to adjust payment across metro areas.
Determine the pay adjustment floor %.
Select the default location for Benchmark page.
Determine international market adjustments.
Once you have added all settings, navigate back to the top of the page and select Save & preview.
Review the new drafted plan on the Employee Scorecard page.
Click Activate draft plan to enable the new settings.
