Benchmark settings
Navigate to Compensation Plan > Overview.
Click View details next to Benchmark Settings.
Benchmarking
Under Benchmark Data, you will be able to determine:
Peer Group
Compensation bands
Market position by job area. Set your target market position by element of compensation (Salary and Equity) and Job area.
After adding benchmark information, navigate back to the top of the page and click Save & Preview.
Preview the new plan on the Employee Scorecard page.
Click Activate draft plan to enable the new settings.
