

How do I fix a health check error?
There are two types of health check errors: those that can be fixed by a company user, and those that require assistance from Carta’s support team.
If a Health Check error has a Modify action, a company user will be able to address the issue. Most issues will require Full access permissions to resolve.
For other Health Check errors, company users can submit a case to Carta’s support team through Carta Help to process the data change.
