How do I fix a health check error?

There are two types of health check errors: those that can be fixed by a company user, and those that require assistance from Carta’s support team.

  • If a Health Check error has a Modify action, a company user will be able to address the issue. Most issues will require Full access permissions to resolve.

  • For other Health Check errors, company users can submit a case to Carta’s support team through Carta Help to process the data change.

After completing the steps to resolve the error, click Refresh to clear the health check from the card.
