What if my company doesn't have the latest benchmarks enabled?
The Salary to Market report displays the cost to bring the employee to:
Their corresponding salary band minimum (based on the company’s current benchmarks)
Their band’s target (based on the company’s current benchmarks)
The 50th percentile of their band (based on the latest Total Compensation benchmarks)
