New Hire Equity Forecast report
The New Hire Equity Forecast report is an interactive report that displays the company’s equity pool runway based on the company’s headcount hiring plan.
The report can be used by admins to ensure your equity pool doesn’t run out too early by inputting your current hiring plan and can be used as a simplified Equity Runway report.
- The Assumptions tab encompasses the benchmark data that serves as the foundation for calculations within the report.
- Enter your hiring plan into the Anticipated Hires tab to view the total value automatically calculated at the top.
