The Compensation Summary report allows Finance and HR leaders to view headcount spend in a summary view for both salary and equity.
With our Compensation Summary report, you can:
Spot outliers or items that need attention
Understand how you are tracking targets
Make data-driven decisions on hiring or reduction plans
Provide visibility and ownership to department heads on their spend

How to interact with the Compensation Summary report
Anything in red represents a 10% or greater overspend or 10% underspend to market rates (determined by the company's Compensation Plan).
Top tiles do not change, and include:
Projected Annual Salary
The total salary spend across all departments and how that compares to market trends
This will not change, even with different filters selectedLargest Salary Spend
The department with the largest salary spend and how that compares to market trends
This will change depending on the filters selectedLargest Equity Spend
The department with the largest equity spend and how that compares to market trends
