Updating Your Company Profile Information
Your company's profile is set up during the onboarding process, but as the company grows and evolves, your profile may need some changes too.
Keep your profile details such as company name, TCC, and address, up-to-date.
The TCC field is only used to generate the FIRE-compatible Copy A (.txt file), which the FIRE system accepts until November 19, 2026. You don't need to enter an IRIS TCC in Carta to generate Form-3921. However, you do need an IRIS TCC to e-file with the IRIS.
