How to access a fundraising data room you've been invited to
If you already have a Carta account, you'll be directed to log in. If you don't have an existing Carta account, you'll be guided through the steps linked below to register.
Once you're logged into Carta, you'll see a new task prompting you to View data room. Click to continue.

Within the data room, you'll be able to view any documents the fund has uploaded.
Click the button to the right of a file's row and select Download to save a copy (if the fund has enabled downloads).
Use the Request subscription documents button to email a request for documents to the GP
To remove the View data room task, click Dismiss task, then click again to confirm.
