How to access Carta's SOC reports & bridge letter
Carta’s security documents and answers to frequently asked security questions are available in Carta’s Conveyor Room.
Follow these steps to request access to the latest SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, ISO 27001 certificate, DDQ, and additional documents for Carta’s various product lines.
To access SOC reports, bridge letters, and other company documents, scroll down to the Documents section near the bottom of the page.
Within the Documents section, current year SOC 1 & SOC 2 reports, and SOC bridge letters are located at the bottom.
Click into the Archived Documents folder to access prior period SOC reports.
Company users can access this page on the Carta platform by navigating to Cap Table then Run reports. Search for the report by name or use the Filter button to filter by Compliance.
Enter your work email, click Continue, then include a brief message with any context related to the request for document access.
Typically, requests are approved within 24 business hours.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from support@conveyor.com with a link to log in.
You will be prompted to sign an NDA in order to gain access to Carta’s protected documents.
After clicking Confirm and Sign, you will be able to access the security documents and Carta’s security knowledge base.
Access current year Fund Administration due diligence questionnaires by selecting the Fund Administration DDQ folder.
