How to add a material event through the valuations dashboard
More granularity is added to a company’s 409A dashboard to manage the company’s fair market value (FMV).
A user with Full access permissions can add a new material event to flag the FMV as stale and prevent stakeholders from exercising their equity awards with an incorrect FMV.

Navigate to Compliance & Tax > 409A Valuations.
Click Manage fair market value, then select Add material event.
