When it comes to parting ways with the Carta platform, whether it's due to acquisition, dissolution, termination of services, or any other reasons, Carta is here to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
We will work closely with your company administrators to walk you through this transition. It is advised to complete and submit the offboarding form at least 15 days prior to your renewal.
