How to complete offboarding from Portfolio Insights
Once your contract has been canceled, users will no longer have access to any collected and processed financial information on Carta so it is important to export all source files (documents provided by your portfolio companies) and a CSV of all processed financial information.
Navigate to the Request for Information page.
2. Download a CSV of all processed financial information.
3. Download all source files for every collected quarter.
