What are data rooms?
Data rooms help LLCs organize all of the necessary documents that need to be shared with stakeholders.
Files uploaded by an LLC company user with Full administrator access will be available for all users listed on the Team & Permissions page, and a data room may be used as a repository.
The files uploaded by the company will be available for all users listed on the Team page and it may be used as a repository.
