How to download the Individual Ownership report
The Individual Ownership Report provides a comprehensive view of your holdings in a company across different security types. Follow the steps below to access your report.
Navigate to your portfolio.
Click on the company name, then select the Capitalization tab tab.
Click Reports then located the Individual Ownership Report within the Personal section.
Enter your name and choose the as of date, then click Export.
Once the report is ready, you'll find it in Downloads (top right corner).

Certificates | Certificate details, including acquisition costs, and outstanding quantities. |
Warrants | Exercise prices, vesting details, and quantities exercised. |
Convertibles | Interest rates, maturity dates, and conversion terms. |
Equity Awards | Equity awards details, vesting schedules, and exercise prices. |
Exercised and Settled | Exercise prices, tax adjustments, and gain/loss calculations. |
Vesting Details | Vesting dates, target quantities, and recognized amounts |
