Drafting and issuing option grants

Keep reading to learn how to draft option grants and send them for signature through Carta.
Navigate to the drafts page
Navigate to Essentials > Draft option grants.
You can also access this page through Securities > Equity awards > Options > Draft options.
Open or create a draft set
Select an existing draft set, or click New options draft set to set up a new one
Enter grant details
In the spreadsheet editor, enter the required grant information.
You can also upload drafts information in bulk by following these instructions.
Submit drafts
When you're finished entering drafts information, click Review.
