Drafting and issuing SARs or UARs
Navigate to Essentials > Issue equity → click SARs or UARs above the ledger.
Select an existing draft set, or click New draft set to set up a new one
In the spreadsheet editor, enter the required information.
You can also upload drafts information in bulk by following these instructions.
To initiate Carta's board consent process, select Pending board approval from the Board status dropdown.
When you're finished entering drafts information, click Review.
Review the details and click Collect signatures to send the drafted securities to the company signatory.
The signatory will review the drafted securities and sign them to release them to their respective holders.
