How to enable online transactions

Online transactions allow stakeholders to initiate and complete exercises directly in Carta.

  • For U.S. companies (excluding companies on Carta's Launch plan), this feature is enabled automatically during account setup.

  • If you're a non-U.S. company, or you skipped setup during onboarding, you’ll need to enable this feature manually.

To complete setup, link a bank account and configure your transaction settings in Carta.
