


How to enable online transactions
Online transactions allow stakeholders to initiate and complete exercises directly in Carta.
For U.S. companies (excluding companies on Carta's Launch plan), this feature is enabled automatically during account setup.
If you're a non-U.S. company, or you skipped setup during onboarding, you’ll need to enable this feature manually.

To complete setup, link a bank account and configure your transaction settings in Carta.
