Which type of integration should I choose?

CSV integrations are only recommended as a temporary solution while an automated integration is being configured, as they require regular manual re-uploads of stakeholder information.

API and SFTP integrations can be configured for ongoing long-term use. See the table below for an explanation of the differences between them.
