Equity breakdown and Equity compensation timeline
The Equity breakdown displays an employee’s vested and unvested equity compensation in the same manner as the Annual compensation breakdown. In addition to the amount of equity in each category, the chart also shares when the employee last vested equity, and when their equity will become fully vested.
The Equity compensation timeline shows a graphical representation of the vesting schedule of any equity awards granted to the employee.
Compensation evaluation
At the bottom of the employee scorecard view are the employee’s Equity Band and Salary Band, which display how the employee compares to the peer group benchmark.
The Target value represents the exact 1.00 median value. The Low and High values represent the low and high bands for the employee’s track.
The Compensation matrix displays the employee’s compensation compared to other employees at the same company.
