How to authorize ACH transactions from Carta with your bank

To avoid payment issues, be sure to complete the following steps:

1. Authorize Carta's ACH transactions with your bank by providing the following ACH company IDs:

   • 1800948598 and 4270465600

2. Verify your payment settings in Carta

• Go to app.carta.com > Company > Settings > Subscription Details.

• Ensure the appropriate bank account is set to use for subscription billing and is verified in Carta.
