How to reset your Carta password

Go to the Carta login page and click Forgot password.
Enter the email address associated with your Carta account and click Request new password.
If needed, click here to go directly to the password reset page.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Click the link in the email to access the password reset screen.
Enter a new password and click Save password.
The Carta platform uses the realistic password strength estimation to validate complexity of user passwords. Passwords must be:
1. At least 9 characters long
2. Cannot contain common passwords
3. Cannot contain common patterns (e.g., 123456)
Once the password is successfully updated, you'll see confirmation message.
