How do I manage company signatories?

For certificates, two signatories are required (in compliance with DE corporate laws), but these signatories can be the same person with different titles. One designated signatory is sufficient for warrants, convertible notes, and equity plan awards.

Users with Full access can assign company signatories through the Company settings page. For complete instructions and more information on managing company users and permissions, click here.

Navigate to Company settings in the bottom left, then click Users and permissions along the side.
Ensure that the person you would like to designate as a signatory has already been added as a company account user. (If not, click Add user and follow these instructions).
Click into the Signatories tab. To the right of each security type, designate a signatory by selecting the appropriate company account user and their corresponding title.
Click Update signatories at the bottom to save your changes.
