How to terminate holders of profits interests (PIUs)
While terminating a stakeholder stops vesting on their securities, it doesn’t automatically return unvested units to the pool.
After consulting with your legal counsel to confirm a repurchase agreement has been executed, a Full access company account user with can repurchase the unvested units from the terminated employee.
