How to update contact information for your portfolio companies

  1. Navigate to Data collection under Tools & Services in the left side bar

  2. Click View companies

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the company you need to update → Edit company contacts

  1. To add or remove a contact, click - / +. Enter the contact’s name, email, and title then click Save.

  2. Paper companies can have a Primary contact selected.

    • Primary contacts will receive requests for information for that company.

    • For companies on Carta, the primary contact is provided by the company and cannot be modified.
